Choose the area where your car is parked. Each guide helps you describe the address, parking section and entrance.

Points identify landmarks used in the guides, not locksmith offices or a service coverage area. Use your car’s actual address when calling.

Give a location someone can use.
- A street address or nearest intersection.
- Use the address displayed at the property, or give both street names. If using a map pin, check that it marks the vehicle rather than your current standing position.
- The property and parking area.
- Name the business, station or building, then specify the lot, entrance, garage level or numbered parking section.
- A description of the parked vehicle.
- Include colour, make and model. Give a useful nearby marker so the provider can distinguish it from similar vehicles.
- Anything that restricts access.
- Mention gates, garage height limits or a secured lot. Ask whether the provider can attend that exact location.
A landmark helps. A precise position helps more.
Downtown Brampton, the Queen Street Corridor, Bramalea City Centre and Mount Pleasant are useful local references. They do not tell someone which entrance, lot or parked vehicle to look for.
If you are near a station or shopping centre, add the street entrance and parking section. If you are on private property, explain how access is arranged.
At Riverstone in Bram East?
The City lists Riverstone Community Centre at 195 Don Minaker Drive. If your car is there, add its parking position and the entrance you used. If you are at a nearby home or waiting beside a path, give the vehicle’s actual street address separately.
A practical example.
“The car is at [street address], in [lot or garage level], near [entrance or marker]. It is a [colour, make, model]. Access is through [entrance], and [restriction] applies.”
Make the meeting point clear.
If you leave the car to wait indoors, give both locations: where the vehicle is parked and where you will meet. Keep your phone available so a change of entrance or meeting point can be discussed.
