Depending on the account configuration, it can replace a displayed telephone number with a tracking number.

Call-related records can include caller number, time, duration and source. Recording or transcription depends on the telephone account settings; ask the recipient about the recording notice and the records associated with your call. Adding the website script does not itself confirm that recording is enabled.

You can restrict cookies or local storage in your browser. This can limit attribution and number replacement; the site's published telephone link remains available without the tracking script.
