Keys locked in your car in Castlemore?

Confirm the address rather than choosing the closest name.

Give the house or business number with “Goreway Drive” or “The Gore Road” in full. If you only know an intersection, read both street names from a sign. A landmark across the road is useful context, but say which property actually contains the car.

If the car is at Gore Meadows, name the centre or library and describe your parking section. If it is at a home near Castlemore Road, use the home’s address. Do not replace that address with 10150 The Gore Road merely because the centre is easier to find.

For a private driveway, explain what blocks access.

If the car is behind a gate, another parked vehicle or a secured entrance, explain the restriction and who can permit access. The provider must confirm they can reach the car before travelling. Do not assume a vehicle-entry service includes opening a property gate or moving another vehicle.

Check the safe spare-key options first

A location description you can use.

“The car is at [number and full street name], reached through [entrance]. It is [position on property]. Access is [clear / restricted by this gate or vehicle]. [Person] can meet and arrange property access. Can you attend under those conditions?”

While waiting, do not force the door or put improvised tools through the window seal.
